Venue: a place for good food and ambience!

VENUE By Sebastian is a relatively new restaurant that opened last year, serving contemporary European cuisine with Asian influence. Established by Chef-owner Sebastian Ng, previously from Ember, his philosophy is simple: every dish must be honest, well-executed, full of taste yet retaining the right balance of flavours.

Serving small dishes with great flair and taste is the highlight experience at Venue.

The foie gras moose takes the premium foie gras and transform it to something as simple as toast and spread. However, this allows the foie gras to shine through and really allows us to enjoy the flavour of it. Other starters such as the Burrata and the peas are also simple yet elegant. Entrés such as the chicken and octopus come in one person servings and are tender, juicy and oh so flavourful. Not to forget, the desserts which are so beautiful and not too sweet! ;)

Opened at the new OUE Downtown, the restaurant is relatively new but it’s wonderful impression has already allowed them to gain a lot of loyal customers especially from nearby offices. It’s definitely worth a try with the good food and ambience!

I totally recommend foie gras moose with toast, wood grilled chermoula chicken and grilled octopus.
