An okonomiyaki is Japan’s interpretation of pancakes. Very different from the usual pancakes we get, an okonomiyaki is savory instead of sweet.
The yaki soba is fried noodles and pork belly, topped with an omelette and drizzles ketchup and mayo. Great for a simple meal.

The modanyaki has a layer of shredded cabbage, followed by a layer of fried noodles and then drizzled with bonito flakes and their special sweet sauce. The top part of the noodles are slightly charred by the teppanyaki grill to add to the crisp and magic of a modanyaki. The difference between an okonomiyaki and modanyaki is just that a modanyaki has noodles while okonomiyaki doesn't.

They have many different toppings of - like cheese, kimchi, etc.
At fugetsu okonomiyaki, you have a choice of a regular table or a teppan table. It was definitely a great experience as the okonomiyaki is not a common treat in Singapore. So, go ahead and give it a try!
