Tucked in the fifth floor of Ngee Ann city, Mizuki is a fine dining Japanese restaurant featuring both a sushi bar and a tempura counter. Displaying their dishes with elegance and taste, Mizuki impressed me with the freshness of their sashimi and crisp of their tempura batter.

Just look at the freshness of their toro sashimi and the golden crisp of their tempura batter! The best part, they do it right in front of your very eyes for the ultimate experience!

The sushi course was full of fresh sashimi, delicious cooked dishes and delicate sushi. Every dish presented was with finesse and freshness. On the other hand, the tempura course also started with some fresh sashimi followed by a variety of crisp and deliciously fried tempura.

When u visit the restaurant, they may seem closed with their private exterior and closed door. However, I found out from the Chef that it is because they want to create a friendly and unique experience for their guests by not overcrowding the place. So, take the first step to slide open that door and try their food! Mizuki impressed me with their high standards of quality and the dedicated attitudes of the chef and staff.
