Dofu: Black bean ice-cream!

Black bean ice cream? It might sound weird but it's now a thing with Dofu! With the combination of Soy beans and bamboo charcoal, this vegan ice cream promotes good health and a smile on your face! And don't worry, it does not make your teeth black. hahaha

The soft serve black soy ice cream on a wiggley bed of black soy pudding may not sound like the most appetising thing ever, but I guarantee you that its unique soy flavour is to die for. However, I would say that it caters more for people who like soy bean taste as the taste is really strong.

All in all, it's new and unique so just go and try it! And honestly, the black bean pudding at the bottom is the best part so do not skip that out! The price might seem a little high, but for a full cup fit for sharing? I would say it's worth it!
