Pietrasanta: Italian food at its' best!

Pietrasanta is an Italian restaurant which offers amazingly authentic casual Italian food, with bold Flavours and a comforting touch. Located away from busy streets and high rise building, Pietrasanta offers a escape from the cosmopolitan city to the comforting food that they offer, together with the Tuscan-styled family ambience.

The Grilled fresh Squid, Italian Tomato chutney and Rocket Salad is a refreshing appetizer with the soft and milky squid accompanied by a light and sweet salad.

The burrata cheese has got to be one of the best burratas I've tried. Rich, creamy yet light and aromatic. The quality of their burrata is definitely hard to beat.

There are many other rustic yet refined dishes at Pietrasanta like the Potato gnocchi, which is perfectly creamy with the aroma of that beautiful blue cheese and walnuts to enhance the mix of textures. The other dishes like the vongole, the Hand-made Fettuccine with Hand-made pork sausage & Black Truffle, the melting chocolate cake, etc. All in all, Pietrasanta is one of the best Italian restaurants in Singapore that offers delicious authentic Italian food at reasonable prices and great friendly service. I strongly recommend that you try their burratta cheese, the blue cheese gnocchi, which I feel are the must tries there.
