Menya Musashi is a Japanese ramen restaurant that offers unique flavours and keeps "originality" as its moto. Offering various food an drinks, Menya musashi specialises in its ramen and tsukemen. Offering various different toppings, sauces and soup bases.

At Menya musashi, whne you order a bowl of ramen or tsukemen you can choose whether you want the normal portion, x2 or x3 if you are really hungry! Pssst! It's all at the same price!

The chasu tsukemen with black sesame noodles and miso 'sauce' was quite nice. The miso sauce was rich and the noodles really absorbed the flavour of the sauce quickly.

The black garlic sauce is very flavourful but it is not as rich as the miso sauce.

Fun fact! In Japan, you should slurp your noodles to show that you are LOVIN your ramen!

All in all, it was overall a unique experience as not many restaurants in Singapore offer tsukemen apart from the general ramen that we see everywhere. This style really reminds me of cold soba where you also dip the cold noodles into the soba sauce. This style truly brings some of the Japanese culture to Singapore and is definitely worth a try.

All in all, I would recommend you to try Menya Musashi!
