Elemen: earth based diet!

Elemen is an all vegetarian restaurant serving wholesome earthy foods which are surprisingly very delicious! with a blend of asian and western cuisine, this restaurant offers a range of pizzas, pastas, rissottos and curry, sushi rolls, etc.

With that strong whiff of truffle when the dish arrived at our table to every flavourful bite of the different textures in this dish, it was absolutely flavourful and satisfying.

I tried the Edamame Tofu with Black Truffle Wild Rice and it was delicious. Packed with a light yet flavourful punch!

To finish off our meal, a Sticky Date Pudding with Gelato that absolutely brought this meal to a sweet closure.

If you go to Elemen on a monday to thursday, be sure to get the 5 course set which is $26.80, including a special set appetizer, an appetiser/soup, main course, dessert and drink! I'll say it's pretty worth it ;)

All in all, I would like to say that Elemen serves pretty good vegetarian food and it's definitely worth a try even for a carnivore like me haha. The food they serve is innovative, 'healthy' yet flavourful, really great experience for me and I would definitely return for more.
