BrotherBird: mochi and softserves!

BrotherBird is the next hipster attraction! With that perfect swirl and delicious mochi, not to mention its' photogenic properties, you know that it's one of the next big shots that will appear all over your Instagram feed!

I have to say that these peanut butter mochi and softserve was worth the wait. With the slightly chewy mochi and rich peanut butter filling, together with the light and cold earl grey soft serve, it was a great combination. Shoutout to this beautiful innovative dish!

We also tried the peach and lychee lemonade which was quite nice and perfect for the hot weather although I did not sense much of the sour lemonade taste from my drink that I expected.

BrotherBird also serves a variety of cafe main dishes and desserts (softserves with waffles or donuts) They also have softserves for takeaway!

Useful tip: the waiting line s usually 30mins so you must want to go there to book a table and head down to Haji lane for some shopping before your table is ready! ;)

All in all, BrotherBird is a pleasant cafe with a variety of perfect looking desserts. I would definitely return for more and try the different weekly softserve flavours. Especially with the peanut butter mochis!
